Use of different coating structures:

The double-layer back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processing formability. Most of them are used for single layer Laminated plate, but its adhesion is poor, so it is not suitable for sandwich plate.
Color coated substrate classification:
Hot dip galvanized substrate
The product obtained by applying organic coating on hot-dip galvanized steel plate is hot-dip prepainted galvanized steel coil. In addition to zinc protection, the organic coating on the surface of hot-dip galvanized color coated plate also plays the role of isolation protection and rust prevention. Its service life is longer than that of hot-dip galvanized plate. The zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrate is generally 180g / m2 (double-sided), and the maximum zinc content of external hot-dip galvanized substrate is 275g / m2.
Hot dip aluminum zinc plate substrate
The hot-dip aluminum zinc steel plate (55% Al Zn) is used as the new coating substrate, and the aluminum zinc content is generally 150g / ㎡ (double-sided). The corrosion resistance of the hot-dip aluminum zinc plate is 2-5 times that of the hot-dip galvanized plate. When used continuously or intermittently at temperatures up to 490 ℃, there will be no serious oxidation or scaling. The reflection ability of heat and light is twice that of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and the reflectivity is greater than 0.75. It is an ideal building material and can save energy.
Electro galvanized substrate
Taking the electro galvanized sheet as the base material, the product obtained by baking and coating with organic coating is the electro galvanized ppgi coated coil. As the zinc layer of electro galvanized sheet is thin and the zinc content is generally 20 / 20g / m2, this product is not suitable for making walls and roofs outdoors. However, due to its beautiful appearance and excellent processing performance, it can be mainly used for household appliances, acoustics, steel furniture, interior decoration, etc.
PPGI advantage:

What are the characteristics of the color coated coil substrate:
Electro galvanized substrate. The coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized substrate.
Hot dip galvanized substrate: dip the steel sheet into the molten zinc tank to make its surface attached with a layer of zinc. The galvanized sheet has good coating adhesion and weldability.
Hot dip aluminum zinc substrate.
The product is plated with 55% aluminum and zinc and has good corrosion resistance. Its service life is more than 4 times that of ordinary galvanized sheet. It is a substitute for galvanized sheet.
Poor bendability of ppgi steel coil (T-bend): When the steel is bent 180 degrees, the plating on the processed part will crack and the plating will peel off. Reason: Too much mastery of pre-treatment. Coating thickness is too thick. Excessive baking. Different manufacturers of primer and top coating, or improper use of thinner.
Poor hardness of ppgi steel (pencil hardness): scratch hard on the surface of the coating with a drawing pencil and leave a scratch on the surface after wiping off. Reason: low oven temperature, coating curing is not sufficient. Improper heating conditions. Coating thickness is thicker than specified.

1. Choice of substrate material

2. Coating selection

3. Choice of coating technology
General outer plate with 2/2ppgi prepainted steel coil site composite plate type can also use 2/1prepainted galvanized steel coil ppgi, EPS composite plate must use 2/1steel coil ppgi, in order to have better adhesion, zinc aluminized plate is generally used for roofing site composite plate, after some process treatment can also use zinc aluminized plate to do EPS composite plate.
4. Problems to be noted in use
(1) When prepainted gi steel coil is used in construction, it should be used from the same manufacturer on the same production line to avoid mixing.
(2)There must be a peritoneal membrane when pressing and forming, such as color-coated panels coated with PVDF and aluminized zinc panels.
(3) When ppgi galvanized steel coil is sheared, the surface of the equipment in contact with PPGI should be covered with a rubber mat.
(4) Remove metal chips in time to avoid scratching the coating on the surface ofcolor prepainted galvanized steel coil.
(5) Zinc can be used as a sacrificial anode to protect the steel, but when used, try to put the cut part of PPGI in a hidden place, and the project has strict requirements for the protection of the cut.

The quality of PPGI is mainly the detection of coating pretreatment and coating performance. The pretreatment detection of coating includes two aspects: degreasing and chemical conversion coating.
