We have over 10 welding machines that enable us to MIG (metal inert gas) and TIG (tungsten inert gas) weld steel, stainless and aluminum.
We have serveral cutting machines at its disposal. Conventional and CNC. including CNC flame cutting machine, CNC plasma cutting machine, laser cutting machine, plate shearing machine, sawing machine etc. The available thickness is 1mm~200mm and we can also cut stainless steel plate, wear-resistant plate, copper pate, aluminum alloy plate etc.
CNC milling is one of our strengths at Machining Services, Available for a wide range of metal fabrication, we can fabricate your OEM parts in all grades of material including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and copper.On-going inspection, sampling plans and verification processes ensure consistent quality parts for the exacting requirements of our customers.
The turning process differs from milling as it is generally the part that rotates while the tool remains stationary which is why most turned parts are commonly circular or cylindrical in shape.
Our CNC turning centers are equipped with sub-spindles, live tooling, Y-axis functions for milling and off-center capabilities. Combined with bar feeder systems DMP produces cost effective, quality parts for our customer’s varied requirements.
Examples of turned parts include valves, couplings, fittings, customer fasteners, spacers, washers, gasket retainers, tubing and more.
Operations on a CNC Lathe to achieve the final part requirements include:
Drilling, Parting, Facing, Grooving, Boring, Reaming, Tapping, Threading, Knurling, Milling.
Steel can be curved by roller or section bending. This process involves progressive bending of a section through a set of bending rolls that are shaped to the cross section of the bar. On each pass through the rolls, more bend is created and the process is repeated until the desired curvature is achieved. Pulling units are used on most beam sections curved on the x-x axis (the strong way). This is used to maintain the cross section of the web during bending.
Plate bending is similar to section bending but the bending rolls are horizontal and are longer. Plate is fed in flat and on each pass through the rolls, more curvature is introduced and the process is repeated until the desired curvature is achieved.
Tube bending is carried out in a similar way to section bending. Generally, a tube is stronger than its equivalent size beam so, to bend it, more force is required. During bending the outer profile of the tube is supported by sets of machined rolls.
Our three automated CNC bending machines enable us to precisely bend most materials and thicknesses up to 12m in length.
Punching or stamping is a process that makes shapes, cutouts, and knockouts into sheets of metal with the help of punches and dies. We have four machines that meet this end.
Punching Capabilities includes:
- Countersinks ; - Tapped Holes ; - Part Marking ; - Cluster Punching for Efficient Cutting of Hole Patterns ; - Small Flange Forming up to 90 Degrees ; - Progressive Forming, Stiffening Ribs ; - Coining ; - Special formed features such as: Louvers, Knock outs, Extruded Profiles, Bridges, Center Punch, Dimples, Embosses, Lances and more.
Plate rolling is a metalworking process in which metal sheets are rolled to a specified radius or dimension. We are able to roll sheets up to 3m wide.
Our plate rolling services can successfully produce precise, high-quality components to meet the exact requirements of your unique application. Our advanced plate rolling equipment includes a variable geometry, 3-roll, pinch-type plate roll with cone bending capacity, and two mechanical 3-roll, pinch-type plate rolls. The plate rolls can process plate up to 3m wide through 30mm thick. Thicker plates can be accommodated, depending on length.
